We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to deliver to. If you happen to be from one of these countries, we will contact you.

LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED PACKAGES
Pawlets takes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking shows that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report this and/or file a claim with the respective shipping carrier.

CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items are shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur customs fees upon arrival in your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped, but please note that tracking may sometimes be unavailable due to free shipping.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”
For some shipping companies, it can take 1–5 business days for tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may occasionally be shipped in separate packages, even if you requested combined shipping.
