Refund and Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Note:

  • Items returned to an intermediary shipping facility are not eligible for a refund. Only items sent directly to one of our warehouses are eligible.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, which are non-refundable.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable.

How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at hellopawlets@gmail.com.
  2. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and detailed instructions on how to ship the item.

Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Order Cancellations:

  • Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of being placed.
  • After 1 hour, the order will have already been registered in our system and forwarded to the shipping carrier.
